This is an important notice for everyone who purchased “V. Honored Battle Record: Complete Equipment Set” (Tier V) as part of the stigma:Recast Physical Made-to-Order Production Project, regarding submission of your credit-listing name.
Currently, a number of eligible purchasers have not yet been confirmed as having submitted. If you wish to be listed, please complete the process before the deadline.
■ Registration Deadline: Monday, June 29 (23:59 JST)
If no name is submitted by the deadline, we will either omit the listing or use the initials from your order name. Please note that refunds will not be issued if your preferred name cannot be included due to a missed deadline.
How to submit
After placing your order, submit your desired name for credits using the form below (enter your email address, order number, and desired credit name):

- Buyee orders: If you purchased through Buyee, please use the dedicated form below instead of the standard form, and enter the details from your Buyee order. https://forms.gle/WyobThHeecReHJ9B7 ⚠️ Note: for Buyee orders we cannot use your order name for initials, so if you do not submit, your name will be omitted from the credits entirely (initials are not possible). Please be sure to submit before the deadline.
Important Notes Regarding Credit Listings
- Character Limit: Approximately 10 characters (up to 20 half-width alphanumeric characters).
- Acceptable Characters: Hiragana, Kanji, katakana, and alphanumeric characters are permitted. Special symbols and emojis may not display correctly and should be avoided.
- Prohibited Content: Anything violating public order or morality, discriminatory language, broadcast-prohibited terms, or political/religious propaganda.
- Final Verification: Gears Inc. will make the final determination on all name listings. If a name is deemed inappropriate, we will request changes. If changes are not made, the name may be excluded from credits.
